Policies
All catering orders must be entered into CaterTrax.
All caterings are to be submitted 3 working days prior to the event. If product is unavailable substitutions may be made and the customer will be made aware of before service.
To maintain the quality, food safety, and integrity of our catering service, we do not provide to-go boxes with catering orders. Our catering portions are designed for immediate consumption during the scheduled event, ensuring that food remains at the proper temperature and is enjoyed at its best. Additionally, this policy helps us adhere to food safety guidelines, preventing potential health risks associated with improper storage or handling after the event. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
For Sit Down Service or Buffet Service for over 75 people must be entered NO LATER than ONE WEEK = 5 WORKING DAYS prior to event.
If there is a last-minute function, we will do everything possible to complete the event within the Food Service Department limitations. Please email or call directly however the catering will still need to be added into CaterTrax
All non-disposables must be returned to the Café within 72 hours of service. Any missing items will be added to your order at unit cost.
